Personal Basketball Training
Personal basketball training specializes in fundamental individual skill development and is customized for all skill levels and positions. Through years of playing, training and coaching, Ganon Baker has developed his own, unique style and method of teaching the game of basketball. Baker has invented the “Ten Commandments” and “11 Concepts” of fundamental basketball training. From these commandments and concepts he has produced an exclusive training curriculum. It is Shake N' Bake Basketball’s mission to create fundamentally strong athletes as well as mentor good character and moral principles by teaching solid basketball skills through professional, knowledgeable and positive coaching.
Each Staff Trainer undergoes rigorous training from Ganon Baker. They must complete 10 hours of observation of Ganon Baker, study the Training Curriculum and pass a 125 question written exam with 85% or higher accuracy, and finally pass a physical basketball fundamental exam. This ensures each client that the instruction delivered via a Shake N' Bake Basketball Staff Trainer is of the highest quality and straight from Ganon Baker’s theories.
1 Session equals 1 hour
Skills covered: ballhandling, dribbling, shooting, passing, moving without the ball, finishing, footwork, triple threat, dribble triple threat, creating space, positional work, defense, conditioning, and decision making.
